TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use describe the relationship between Green Oat Studios (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and our clients. By choosing our services, these terms apply to our working relationship.

1. SCOPE AND AGREEMENT

Green Oat Studios provides production services for brands, broadcasters, and digital platforms. All projects are subject to a written production brief or project proposal agreed upon by both parties, which shall outline the scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and intellectual property rights.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)

Green Oat Studios retains ownership of all underlying production methodologies, creative processes, and pre-existing assets. Ownership, licensing, and access to final project deliverables are determined on a project-specific basis and documented in our formal written agreements.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to us (including logos, assets, and branding) do not infringe on the rights of third parties. The Client agrees to indemnify Green Oat Studios against any claims arising from the use of materials provided by the Client.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or business interruption.
